Sydney Kampjes - Front End Developer

I'm a web developer based in Edmonton, Alberta, with experience in both front-end and back-end development. I build responsive, high-performance websites with a focus on accessibility, usability, and clean design. I've worked with technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, MySQL, and WordPress, along with other tools and frameworks across different projects. I enjoy turning ideas into well-structured websites that balance design, performance, and project goals.

I graduated from NAIT with a diploma in Web Design and Development, where I built a strong foundation in modern web practices and development workflows. Through that experience, I developed a solid understanding of creating and maintaining websites with attention to detail, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.

I continue to challenge myself by learning new tools and improving my skills through personal projects and hands-on work. I value staying current with modern technologies and working with others to share ideas and approaches, and I apply what I learn to build more effective and efficient solutions over time.

Outside of my work, I'm a music enthusiast with a growing vinyl collection, always on the lookout for new artists and sounds. Discovering music across different genres has been a long-standing interest of mine, and it often inspires my creative approach.
